Privacy policy

Last updated 14 September 2026

This site is run by DAYRISE LTD (company number 14518017), 32 Kinburn Street, London SE16 6DW, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information described here. Write to us at hello@wearedayrise.com about anything on this page.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site. Depending on which form you use, that is your name, email address, phone number, social handles, company, and whatever you choose to tell us about yourself, your brand or your project. We do not collect anything else about you directly, and we do not buy personal data from anyone.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, and to work out whether we are a good match. That is our legitimate interest in responding to people who approach us, and, where you have asked to join a waitlist, your consent. Nothing you send is used to build an advertising profile.

Content we embed from Instagram

Our Campaigns section shows campaign posts using Instagram’s own embed. When you scroll to that section your browser loads content directly from Instagram, which is operated by Meta. That request tells Meta your IP address, which page you are on and details about your browser, and Meta may read or set cookies on your device — including, if you are signed in to Instagram or Facebook, cookies that identify you. This happens between your browser and Meta: we do not receive that data and cannot switch it off on your behalf.

Meta processes it as their own controller under the Instagram Privacy Policy. If you would rather it did not happen, browser settings that block third-party content or cookies will stop the embeds loading.

Other cookies and tracking

We set no cookies of our own, and we run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving that request. If you unlock the roster, that is remembered for the rest of your browsing session only, in your own browser, and is not sent to us.

Who sees it

The dayrise team, and the service providers who run our email and our internal tools on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. Where a brand partnership makes an introduction necessary, we ask you first.

Where it goes

We operate from the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, and our team works remotely from several countries, so your information may be accessed from outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the equivalent safeguard, and we keep the safeguards on file.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for two years from your last contact with us, unless we are working together, in which case we keep what we need for as long as the relationship runs and for six years afterwards for tax and legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our using it, or ask us to send it elsewhere. Email us and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

This site is not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top.
